The convention rate is $119 for a single or double room, $129 for triple occupancy, $139 for quad. Suites are also being offered based on availability. Rates do not include applicable taxes (currently 15.6%). Reservations may be made by calling reservations, 1–800–HILTONS, the calling the hotel directly at 1-318-698-0900; be certain to mention “Geological Societies” and “GCAGS 2018.” Or easier yet, click here to go directly to GCAGS 2018’s custom reservations page.

The discount deadline is September 14, 2018, after which rooms will be released for general booking and the special rate may no longer be available. Don’t delay—reservations are open now!
